THE DOMA EXPERIENCE
Our company was established on the foundational principles of offering our guests the most premium and comfortable living accommodations, integrating modern luxury elements with the comforting ambiance of a home.
What is "DOMA"?
In Russian, "DOMA" translates to "home." As a fluent Russian speaker with roots tracing back to Russia and Ukraine, our founder, David Kamenetsky, is dedicated to offering guests temporary mid-term housing that authentically feels like home.

DAVID KAMENETSKY
Founder & CEO
Upon completing his degree in Managerial Economics at UC Davis, David pursued to become a real estate professional, with a passion for providing quality, furnished housing for displaced families and traveling professionals alike.
David’s background is in property management where he worked for a prominent real estate developer and real estate investment sales for elite San Francisco Bay Area investors. He also worked in the hospitality industry for several years before that.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, biking along the bay trail and skiing in the winter. David resides in the East Bay Area and often takes the ferry to visit San Francisco, nearby hiking trails and trying some of the best food spots throughout the Bay Area!
JAIME MAI
UX Designer / Onboarding Coordinator
After graduating with two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UCI, Jaime’s passion for children & mental health has driven her to work with a wide range of ages as an after-school counselor, behavior technician, and tutor. However, her love for design and technology eventually led her to pursue a career in UX/UI, where she was able to gain experience as a Junior Designer in app design.
Aside from her background in psychology and technology, Jaime is committed to continuous learning. Her zeal for art & visual communication has led her to study graphic design, typography, 2D/3D animation, digital arts/media, concept design, pottery, and even jewelry making.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jaime is a keen observer of cinema and music, a fan of complex video games, and a lover of life’s simple pleasures.
MARIE ROBERTS
Property Coordinator
With a background in hospitality and customer service, Marie’s passion for helping families in need drives her commitment to providing exceptional support in every endeavor.
Her strong skills, honed through years in customer-oriented roles, have enabled her to excel in assisting clients, managing inquiries, and analyzing feedback to ensure exceptional service and brand loyalty.
When she isn’t working, Marie is a proud mother and a devoted animal lover. She shares her home with energetic dogs and laid-back cats. In addition, Marie has a lifelong passion for horses and enjoys horseback riding whenever possible. Her love for nature, animals, and travel extends beyond her personal life, enriching her perspective and approach to work.
TANIA ORELLANA
Leasing Specialist
Tania Orellana, a native South American, moved to the United States to pursue her higher education. After graduating from Texas A&M College Station with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Tania has dedicated her career to the real estate industry.
With a diverse background spanning rentals, corporate buildings, and retail centers, along with banking experience, Tania brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at DOMA Luxe.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a dedicated cat rescuer and often opens her home to foster these adorable animals. In her free time, Tania enjoys staying active through soccer, gym workouts, and traveling.

This commitment extends to not only prioritizing the most optimal locations but also selecting the type of home that perfectly aligns with each family’s unique requirements.
Drawing from the experiences of close family members in the medical field as nurses and physicians, we deeply understand the importance of a tranquil environment, especially after extended work hours.
We take pleasure in catering to the needs of traveling medical professionals and remote corporate workers, offering top-tier temporary housing for periods of 30 days or more. Athletes and professionals from various fields constitute a significant portion of our clientele, reflecting our continuous dedication to providing the utmost in quality properties and high-end accommodations.
