First, we'll need to collect essential information about your property, such as rental rate, fees, and availability.

You can easily provide this information by completing our convenient Property Intake Form.

Once we have the property details, we'll submit them for approval, which can take up to a week.

After approval, we'll connect you with the displaced family for a property showing immediately as they typically need housing right away.

Screening
If the family decides to move forward with your home, then we'll initiate the screening process.

Background and credit checks will be conducted on all occupants over the age of eighteen years to ensure the security and well-being of your property.​

Move-In
After the screening and leasing process, a move-in date will be confirmed, giving you sufficient time to make necessary preparations for the upcoming booking.

Our clients are typically homeowners who are temporarily displaced due to unforeseen circumstances. They are responsible tenants with a strong commitment to maintaining the property.

We initiate the paperwork and communication, making it a hassle-free experience for you. Once a move-in date is confirmed, we only require a W-9 form and your deposit information to ensure you receive payment.

Financial Security

We offer a comprehensive rental insurance policy with $300,000 liability coverage and pet addendum to safeguard your investment, in addition to guaranteed rent payments.

Continued Partnerships

By partnering with us as a co-host, you can expect consistent guest placements and long-term rental income. Our co-hosting properties typically have minimum occupancy rates of 80 to 85 percent.

In other words, you’ll receive direct payouts for all bookings and a monthly invoice for our services. 

We understand the unique challenges and risks associated with corporate housing rentals. That’s why we’ve partnered with top-tier providers to offer comprehensive coverage tailored to any specific need.

General Liability Insurance protects your business from liability claims arising from property damage, bodily injury, and personal injury. Corporate Housing Insurance provides coverage for property damage, loss of rental income, and other risks specific to the corporate housing industry.

By combining these two essential policies, we ensure that your business is well-protected against potential liabilities and financial losses.

Most of our partners establish initial lease terms ranging from 2 to 12 months. However, they often include a month-to-month extension clause to accommodate longer-term needs.

We typically have 2-3 tenant turnovers per year. For each turnover, we conduct a thorough cleaning, pest control visit, inspection, and restocking as needed.
